I was tasked with designing an annual report for EdPlus at Arizona State University. EdPlus uses technology to expand access to higher education and oversees ASU Online, Open Scale, Continuing and Professional Education, and the Action Lab. Since EdPlus sees quality, higher education as the foundation for improving the world, I used foundational shapes (circle, square, and triangle) as the main visual elements throughout the book. The pattern of the shapes found on the cover and inside cover were created by being randomly generated using code I wrote in the Processing language.
